Thank you so much for making our wedding day so incredibly special! We cannot tell you how many people have told us what a spectacular wedding it was, and to quote Ryan’s Uncle “The wedding of the century!”.

That is all thanks to the hard work you did behind the scenes, setting everything up so perfectly and detail oriented, coordinating all the guests and bridal party, all the communication back and forth between myself, Ryan, my mom and Keystone, making sure the buses came later since we were running so late, dealing with all the decorations. Ryan and I calling you the night before the wedding cause we couldn’t find the hotel, the list goes on and on!

But at the end of the day, you truly made Ryan and myself feel valued and special! You are an absolutely amazing wedding planner and it was reflected at our wedding. We can honestly say from the bottom of our hearts, the wedding was better than we imagined and we wouldn’t change one single thing!

Colorado mountain top weddings are perfection, if we do say so. But they come along with some intricacies considering their location and travel to get everyone here. This is our specialty!

OR if you need some additional guidance, let us help you. We will lend you the hand you need in order to accomplish all those details, big and small. This package is designed to lead you through the planning process while working along side you as you take care of some of the wedding planning yourself. This package will create that planning partnership that best fits your needs and gives you that light at the end of the tunnel.

A La Carte items

To ensure your design and planning process is seamless, we offer in house floral design to fabricate your wildest and most beautiful dreams. All pieces will be created and designed custom to fit your wedding day aesthetics, carefully selecting and sourcing the perfect blooms both locally and internationally. Our design aesthetic is bold, modern, romantic, loose and usually contains a plethora of texture and greenery.  

Our floral designers will intimately be involved throughout our design process and will be there with her team to install all pieces on your wedding day creating a seamless planning-to-execution experience.

Depending on your event, we can offer a la carte pricing, with a tiered floral minimum typical for weddings, depending on your wedding size. Generally speaking our minimum for an ESW floral order is $9,500. All of our designs include floral exclusivity, as we work hard as a team to provide a cohesive and styled design, with the same quality and structure through out all of our creations.

Rentals

We make it easy here at ESW to have a well styled event. We have access to an array of rentals that will suit any style or need to create the most perfect atmosphere for your event. The extensive collection of event rentals available include (but are not limited to) luxurious linens, quaint furniture, sophisticated china, the perfect tableware, event lounges, lighting of all kinds, tenting, dance floors, and staging.

GALLERY

Event Management is our complete finalization planning service that allows us to absorb all of the details you have worked so hard to plan. We’ll schedule a half-way check in call to touch base on your progress and answer any questions you might have. As we approach your wedding day, we’ll come in and map out all your logistics and confirm wedding day timelines, diagrams and vendor confirmations.

With our event management service, we are happy to provide unlimited support (for the days you just need some guidance), creative vendor partner recommendations (we know the best in the biz), our online planning software to make the whole process easier, and a team for flawless execution of your day (duh).

We accept a limited number of Event Management Clients per year.

Intimate and mirco-weddings deserve as much creativity, passion and attention to detail that you’d expect from a larger celebration. The reason to celebrate has not been lost. In fact, we realize that one of the world's largest needs is togetherness and celebrating the entire reason behind having a wedding, LOVE. We must have realized, that life's special moments SHOULD BE SHARED with those we cherish. Or else, what are they for? 

We'll take you through the entire wedding planning process, shift any original plans that you made, pre-COVID, making it easy to get married here in Colorado. From aiding in decision making, to recommending the right creative partners to match your budget, style and personality, to providing you the options that best fit your preferences and priorities. Your planning process will be fun and easy leaving you to focus on the important part - being engaged!

In this package you can expect detailed help maximizing your budget, matching you with the right vendors, to-do lists and help navigating your options, contract and rate negotiation, and complete wedding day event management.

During our initial consultation we'll discuss your preferences and priorities, ESW’s capabilities and the planning partnership we'd like to create, in order to determine if we're a good fit for one another. Following our consultation, a customized proposal will be presented.
